Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway

Today, I have a co-host. I have asked Angela Lawson back to the No Regrets Podcast with Kate to talk about FEAR.

Recorded on March 9, 2020 with the full moon in Virgo, Angela talks a little about what this full moon means. She says it is in part being a service to others. With the current situation of the Coronavirus and how everyone is talking about being kind to others, this is our opportunity to do so…being kind to one another and be of service.

As a chakradance facilitator, I asked Angela to briefly go through each chakra for those who may not have knowledge of these energy centers and how we can have blocks that hold us back or keep us in fear.
